Description
You strike at an opponent's joints and nerve clusters in an attempt to slow his movements.
Check Results & Effects:
If the attack hits and deals damage, the secondary attack has the following effects:\nS - Your opponent's adjusted speed is halved for 1 round.\nES - The target's adjusted speed is halved for the rest of the encounter.\nCS - Same as ES, but target is also stunned for 1 round.\nF - If the attack hits, it still deals normal damage.
