Description

You enchant an arrow so that it seeks out its target. If the enemy is within range, the arrow will move around corners (but not through solid obstacles) to reach its target. Any bonuses to DeC and DR granted by cover and concealment are negated.\nNote that if this action is combined with Phase Arrow, the arrow will also be able to move through solid walls.
