Description
You channel necrotic divine power and use it to rebuke or command undead creatures.\nA rebuke attempt can also be used to bolster undead against another channeler's turn attempt. In this case, the turn action is opposed by the rebuke action and has to beat it before the undead can be affected.
S - The affected undead act as if shaken for the rest of the encounter.\nOS - The affected undead act as if frightened for the rest of the encounter.\nES - The affected undead act as if panicked for 10 minutes.\nCS - The affected undead can be mentally commanded. The duration is permanent, but you can only actively command a number of undead whose total TL do not exceed your skill level.\nF - The undead resist your rebuke. You can try again, however.
