Description
You read a spell scroll to activate the written spell. You have to use the spellcasting skills (and ability modifiers) that you would use to cast the original spell. Note that this action does not include time for retrieving the scroll.
Check Results & Effects:
S - You successfully read the scroll, and its spell activates.\nF - The spell fizzles. The scroll is consumed.\nCF - You miscast the spell and suffer a mishap.
