Description
You try to learn a new spell, power, or spell/power variation.\nYour skill level in all the mandatory skills must be at least equal to the spell's or variation's minimum PP cost. You use your highest mandatory skill level as a bonus on the learning check.
Check Results & Effects:
S - You learn the spell (without variations) or a new spell variation and can start using it.\nF - You fail to learn the spell or variation but can try again the next day.
