Split Personality

Description

This spell tries to partition a part of the target's mind into a separate personality. The split personality has the same knowledge as the main personality, but it is six levels lower than the main one (and has the corresponding reduction in AP and in skill ranks). The main personality is always in control of the body, but the split personality has separate AP and can perform actions that are purely mental in nature. Note that it still shares PP with the main personality.\nThe two personalities communicate telepathically with each other.\nCharm and compulsion effects must successfully attack both personalities in order to fully succeed.\nIf you use this spell on another creature, you can make the split personality hostile to the main one. Such a personality will try to use the target's own mental powers to harm the target.\nA target's personality can never be split into more than two parts.
