Description
The basic spell creates an immobile sphere of force (typically half above ground and half below). The sphere maintains a comfortable temperature (20 degrees C) and protects against the elements (rain, dust, sandstorms et al) but does not keep out creatures, weapons, or magical effects. A temperature below -20 C or above 40 C or a hurricane force wind (40 m/s or more) will overload the sphere and destroy it instantly.\nThe sphere is transparent from within but can be made opaque (any chosen color) from the outside.\nThe caster can illuminate the interior dimly at will.\nServant: The spell includes a simple, mindless force that can act as a servant (fetch things, clean, mend, move furniture, open doors, etc).
Lodge option: You create a small (2x2 squares) cottage or lodge inside the sphere of force. It can be made to look like a stone, timber, or even sod dwelling, but it always has the strength of a stone building. The lodge has a sturdy door (with a lock), two barred windows, a fireplace (the chimney is protected by a grate), 8 bunks, a table, 8 tools, and a writing desk.\nServant option: The spell includes a simple, mindless force that can act as a servant (fetch things, clean, mend, move furniture, open doors, etc).
