Description
This spell protects the target creature against hostile attacks by mentally repelling attackers. Compare (10 + the spell's PL) against the Will of anyone attempting a direct attack (including ranged attacks and targeted spells but not including area attacks). If the spell wins, that attacker cannot make direct attacks against the protected creature for the duration of the spell.\nIf the protected creature performs a hostile action against anyone, the spell ends.
Repulsion option: In addition to being protected against attacks, the target creature emanates a field that prevents hostile creatures from approaching. The field does not push creatures away, but it prevents affected attackers from moving closer to the target. The caster can set the radius of the emanation from 2 squares to 30 squares.
