Description
You shoot a spray of vividly colored beams of light from your hand. One or two beams (roll d8) will strike each creature in the area, causing the effects described below.\n1 - Red: 40 (or 20) HP of fire damage\n2 - Orange: 60 (or 30) HP of acid damage\n3 - Yellow: 100 (or 50) HP of electricity damage\n4 - Green: Poison causing 3d6 (or 1d6) Con damage\n5 - Blue: Petrification (or -5 AP penalty) for rest of encounter\n6 - Indigo: Insanity (or 1d6 Wis damage)\n7 - Violet: Sent to another plane (or no effect)\n8: Struck by two random beams
S - The target is blinded for 1 round and suffers the reduced effect described above.\nES - The creature in question is blinded for the rest of the encounter and suffers full effect.\nCS - The target suffers double damage.\nF - The creature is dazzled for 1 round.\nCF - The creature is unaffected.
