Description
You either weaken or strengthen the material of the target object. When weakening an object, you can reduce its DR by up to 5 points (to a minimum of 0); each point also reduces HP by 1 HP per cm of thickness (to a minimum of 1 HP/cm). When strengthening an object, you can increase its DR by up to 5 points; each point also increases HP by 1 HP per cm of thickness.\nBy paying for "stasis", the target object is also protected against the effects of time.
