Description

You make the target resistant to mundane or magical effects that restrict and slow. The target can move with full speed and freedom through water, mud, undergrowth, webs, and similar obstacles. It also gains a +10 enhancement bonus on any defense against grappling and entangling attacks, spells that slow movement or cause paralysis, and similar effects.\nExisting and active effects that slow or entangle are also terminated, if the effect's PL is beaten.\nGreater freedom: The target gains immunity (rather than a +10 bonus) against slowing and restricting effects. The immunity also extends to binding spells, petrification, stunning, and similar effects.
