Description
Enchants a shield with an enhancement bonus to parry. Other effects can also be added, specifically those item modifications that have shield as preferred item type.\nThe casting costs 1 PP per resulting PL of the shield (see the item modification list for possible effects and their PL). If the shield is already magical, add its PL to calculate the cost of the spell. You must also know the spells specified for the desired effect(s).
