Description
Enchants a focus with an enhancement bonus to attack and damage. Other effects can also be added, specifically those item modifications that have a focus as preferred item type.\nThe casting costs 1 PP per resulting PL of the focus (see the item modification list for possible effects and their PL). If the focus is already magical, add its PL to calculate the cost of the spell. You must also know the spells specified for the desired effect(s).
