Description

You summon ectoplasmic strands and use them to entangle the target creature.

Variations & Options:

Cocoon option: The strands enclose the target in a full cocoon. The cocoon can be cut open from the outside; it has 20 HP and DR 8. A creature inside an ectoplasmic cocoon is completely enclosed and cannot be physically harmed unless the cocoon is destroyed. The target is held helpless - it can still breathe but becomes unable to see, speak, or take physical actions.
