Description
A target struck by the ray or anyone inside the emanation is blocked from extradimensional travel. Those creatures must beat the spell's PL every time they try to teleport, travel to another plane, summon something, access an extradimensional space, et al. The same applies to creatures trying to enter the area by teleportation or planar travel.\nIf you target a gate, portal, teleportation circle, et al, you make a spellcasting check against the gate's PL. If successful, the gate is sealed for the spell's duration.
