Description
You create a mass of sticky web-like strands, entangling creatures in the area. The strands must be anchored on at least two sides.\nOne square of web counts as cover, while four squares count as total cover.\nThe webs are flammable; a torch "attack" destroys one square, and magical fire destroys everything in the area. Creatures caught in a burning web take 2d4 HP of fire damage.
