Description
You raise or lower a surface of water by up to 0.5 m per skill level. At the start of the effect, you can choose to change the level uniformly or as a wave propagating in any direction, traversing the entire area in a single round. Boats at the edge of the altered surface will slide down to the lower level.\nAlternatively, you can redirect the area's natural flow of water for the spell's duration. You can change currents or make rivers flow uphill, for example.
