Description
This spell lets you increase or decrease the power of the target light sources. The intensity can be reduced to nothing or increased by one step (from dim to normal, normal to bright, etc). In addition, the radius of a light source can be reduced by up to 100% or increased by up to 100%. The intensity and size can be altered continuously, for as long as the spell lasts.
