Description

The basic spell lets you control an existing fire of up to the specified size. You can increase or decrease the size by one step or you can move the fire up to 6 squares.\nThe pyrotechnics effect consumes a nonmagical fire source (up to a 4x4x4 squares volume) by turning it into a momentary pyrotechnics display. Creatures within 24 squares (and line of sight) of the display suffer a +PL attack against Ref (S - Blinded for 1 r; ES - Blinded for rest of encounter).\nThe smoke cloud effect consumes a nonmagical fire source (up to a 4x4x4 squares volume) by turning it into a cloud of thick smoke that billows out 4 squares in all directions. The cloud renders all vision ineffective, and creatures that need to breathe risk suffer a +PL attack against Fort (S - -4 penalty to Str and Dex).
