Description
Small shield strapped to the forearm. The shield hand can be used for other things (shooting a bow, casting a spell, wielding a melee weapon, etc.) without dropping the buckler. However, any attacks made with that hand suffer a -1 attack penalty, due to the weight and reduced mobility, and the buckler provides no parry bonus for the rest of that round.
