Description
By accepting a -2 attack penalty when making a vital attack, you can make a special attack to stun the victim.
Check Results & Effects:
If the attack hits and deals damage, the secondary attack has the following effects:\nS - The victim is stunned for 1 round.\nES - The victim is stunned for rest of the encounter.\nF - The stun attack fails but still deals the attack's normal damage.
