Description
You cast a spell with an area of effect and place it on an arrow. You fire the arrow as part of the casting, and the spell's center or point of origin will be where the arrow hits or lands. The spell's normal range is replaced by the range of your bow.\nIn addition to the arrow's attack roll, the spell itself may require separate attack rolls.

S - The arrow hits, and the spell takes effect.\nF - The arrow misses the intended target, but the spell can still take effect where it strikes.
