Death Attack
Cost: Part of vital attack (once per enc) | Check: (Vital attack) plus (d20! + Vital Attack skill + Int mod + MAM vs. Fort)
Description
If you study an unsuspecting victim for 3 rounds and then make a successful vital attack against him within the next 3 rounds, you can make a special attack to paralyze or kill that victim.\nSkill level 12: Only 2 rounds of study are needed.\nSkill level 18: Only 1 round of study is needed.
If the vital attack hits and deals damage, the secondary attack has the following effects:\nS - You can either add 80 HP to the vital attack damage or paralyze the victim for the rest of the encounter.\nES - Same as S, but the attack is not obvious to nearby observers (effects revealed to others only after d4 rounds).\nF - The death attack fails but still deals vital attack damage.
