Check Results & Effects:

Every day you make a successful skill check, you produce a number of "virtual" sp equal to (skill check result x DC / 5). When the sum reaches the object's listed price, the construction is finished.\nIf you fail a check by 5 or more, 10% of the raw materials have been destroyed, increasing the cost accordingly.
