Description

Check Results & Effects:
If the attack hits and deals damage, the secondary attack has the following effects:\nS - Your opponent is dazzled for 1 round.\nES - The target is blinded for 1 round.\nCS - The target is permanently blinded.\nF - If the attack hits, it still deals normal damage.
