Description
You attune yourself to an external power pool. As long as the pool is within 1 sq, you can use its PP to power your own PP expenditures. If the pool has its own powers, you can also activate its powers using your PP.\nNote that you can only be attuned to one pool at a time.

S - You successfully attune yourself to the PP pool.\nF - You fail to attune yourself to the pool and cannot try again for 24 h.
