Description
You activate a power from a power stone. You have to use the psionic skills (and ability modifiers) that you would use to activate the original power. Note that this action does not include time for retrieving the power stone.
Check Results & Effects:
S - You successfully activate the power stone, and its power activates.\nF - The power fizzles. The power stone is consumed.\nCF - You miscast the power and suffer a mishap.
